SHIPPING POLICY

At DiMattio Designs, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75. We use USPS First Class Mail to ship our products, which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DiMattio Designs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
